Transcription of texts from non-editable to editable form is the most frequent type of data transcription for translation or graphic purposes.

This kind of text transcription and its further translation (e.g. from non-editable pictures) may be a cheaper alternative for those clients that do not demand DTP service and prefer adding legends to various pictures or graphs.

The transcription of texts is often necessary for subsequent professional graphical processing. These texts are used by clients who have their own graphic designer and who deliver materials in a non-editable format, using their own graphic designer once the translations are complete. In practice, this means that we transcribe/convert the non-editable parts of the texts into MS Word and then transparently arrange the translated passages so that the graphic designer who does not understand the language can insert the translated texts into the proper places in the graphical format. 

If you do not have your own graphic designer, send us the graphical materials and we’ll translate the text using our software directly in the material, so you don’t have to pay for transcription. 

We’ll transcribe the text if there are many repetitions and sentences with the same translation to ensure you don’t have to pay the full price for the translation and you receive a discount for every such sentence and repetition. 

The price for this type of service is calculated according to specifics of your demand. Transcription that is an additional part of other provided service and will not take more than 30 minutes is free of charge.
